Selection Premium Wine Kits consist of a four gallon blend of varietal juice and grape concentrate. They are packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged bag. Certain kits contain "F-packs" or finishing packs designed to enhance flavor and round out sweetness to those styles which require it. No sugar or acid titration is required, yield six gallons.
